Self hope comes from god

Helping ourselves to grow and be more successful in all areas of our life can be much easier with the support of family, friends, teachers, coaches and mentors.  Creating a supportive environment for yourself can be a way of honoring god manifesting through you.  Experiencing life's wonders through all the people in your life can be another way to honor yourself. Like a spiral expanding out the energy can be felt by others through your gratitude for receiving and the ability to give to others. Giving to yourself and through your work to others comes from the soul's desire to evolve, grow and succeed.   The soul as our higher self when engaged in dialogue and awareness can reveal new areas of opportunity to receive and
give more love.  When self help includes self hope the door to self discovery opens and allows us to see that we are more than our physical bodies, more than our minds and more than spirit.  Having the opportunity to hope beyond what you perceive as possible can be an expansive experience.  It can allow you to access greater aspects of your being and connect you with the infinite.  Exploring and discovering   your own treasure's within can bring rewards greater than gold.

Earth, Air, Water and Fire

The early Greek philosophers believed that everything in nature was made from four basic elements: earth, air, water and fire.  Psychologist and author Carl Jung in 1928 developed a map of behavior based on four archetypes.  Other models exist as framework to help us better understand ourselves and our  relationship to each other and the whole.  I have added
to my course offerings a training in the TetraMap(TM) developed by Learnology. This is a program designed to increase communications skills in organizations and businesses for Team and Community building, Peace building (unlike "conflict resolution" paradigm where the "dis-ease part" is emphasized over creating a healthier whole), Accelerated Learning, Customer
Relations, Marketing and Leadership training.  The TetraMap(TM) was developed as a universally understood nature based model by highly skilled and experienced trainers Yoshimi and Jon Brett directors of Learnology Ltd., a New Zealand-based corporate training company.  It is based on the principles of Earth, Air, Water and Fire as a universal integrative health
model that sees organizations as well as individual employers and employees in relationship to the whole as a living, breathing organism.  The model incorporates the basic elements of nature with a balanced tetrahedron structural map as a highly effective communication tool.  The TetraMap(TM) provides an intuitive connection and logical framework that fosters a
healthy workplace environment as a balanced ecostructure that nurtures and nourishes wellness and growth.

Peace As Grace and Ease

There have been many inspirational people in my life teaching me ways to be in the world by example.  One I speak of often is author Susan Ruck.  I have worked with her producing two books with the garden as a metaphor for the inner journey. Jonathan's Garden (for both children and adults) and Bloom Now, A Garden Journal for Life (adult) have both inspired me their messages.  Jonathan and the story's reader learn to "Think them high, think them low. What you think is what you grow." And, it is possible to Bloom Now when we plant SEEDS and "Smile Expecting Extraordinary Dividends."   As you celebrate the New Year may you also prepare for new new life to Spring forth in your inner garden by planting seed thoughts of "peace as grace and ease."
